For low volume customers under 1,000 units/month, we prep and ship items out 1x / week. For medium-large volume customers, shipments go out 2-3x / week, ensuring that no more than 48-72 business hours elapse before a shipment is created.

We use an industry-leading software, PrepShipHub, to manage all customer inventory and shipments. Customers can view the status of their items at all times through the software. We also can use 2D workflow for shipments for large volume customers. For D2C order fulfillment, we use Shipstation and Veeqo.
We support Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Tik Tok, and more.
You will be given your own Slack channel where you will be able to chat day-to-day with your account representative and manager. You may also email us at any time. We pride ourselves on quick and real-time communication–no more ticketing systems!
