Our location in tax-free New Hampshire allows sellers to save both money and time by allowing us to take care of your FBA prep needs. We are in a 15,000sf modern, temperature controlled facility with a warehouse and several offices.
We have three loading docks, and ample pallet racking and shelves for storage. The building is fully sprinklered and the building and its contents are insured.

After dealing with 2 prep centers with terrible turnaround times and communication, Epic Prep is definitely leagues better. 10/10 Communication 10/10 Prep and Turnaround Can't say anything bad at all. They have been super accommodating at all times not to mention the location makes it an easy choice compared to west coast prep centers who deal with slow check in times

I was with 2 previous prep centers prior to coming to Epic Prep, and the turnaround time was at least 2 weeks, coupled with the fact that those prep centers were on the West Coast vs Epic Prep on the East Coast, the check-in times on Amazon's end are also 2x faster on the East Coast. ON TOP of all of this, being in a sales tax free state gives sellers WAY more room to grow their Amazon business in regards to increasing margins. To make things even better, their pricing is BY FAR, the best I've seen to date.

If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. Epic Prep LLC is BY FAR, the best prep center in the game out there. Their website allows for a smooth and seamless transition for inbound and outbound shipments to be created, received, and shipped on the sellers behalf. The turnaround time between when they receive your inventory to when they ship it is the FASTEST I've seen to date.
